Pathways is a singing program that enhances the quality of life and care for people living with dementia. 

Pathways is comprised of three components: a video series of 13 30-minute episodes led by an expert singing host; activity booklets with 325 accompanying activation ideas; online training comprised of six short tutorials. There is a bonus audio CD for each episode including the Pathways theme song, breathing music, instrumental and vocal tracks of each song in that specific episode.

Participants are invited into a singing experience that is non-threatening, warm and respectful.

Pathways is a ready-to-use music care resource that can be facilitated by singers or non-singers.

Pathways may be used in various settings like long term care, retirement homes, complex continuing care, hospitals, day programs, Alzheimer support groups, hospices, and private homes.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (TCS)

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products between CDS Boutique (hereinafter referred to as “we”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) for all purchases made on our website or by phone.

2. Products

All products available for sale on our site or through our ordering channels are carefully described. In the event that you find additional information necessary for making an informed decision, it is your responsibility to contact us to obtain the required clarifications before proceeding with your order.

3. Non-returnable products for hygiene or specific customization reasons

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Dolls
  • Plush toys
  • Puppets
  • Weighted products
  • Robotic animals
  • Electronic products
  • Bowling items
  • Custom-made items by Création CDS (such as directional boards, Anecdote game, etc.)
  • Unsealed and/or used products

4. Right of Withdrawal

If, within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied with a product (other than those mentioned in Article 3), you can contact us to discuss possible solutions.

5. Product Returns

To return a product, you must:

  • Contact our customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No return will be accepted without this number.
  • Carefully pack the product to avoid any damage.
  • Return the item at your expense, along with the invoice, the reason for the return, and the Return Authorization Number.

6. Return Fees

A 10% fee of the product value will be charged to cover the return handling costs.

7. Return Processing

Once we have received the returned products in perfect condition, we will issue a credit note or, if payment was made by credit card, we will proceed with a refund.

8. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions of Sale

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable terms will be those in effect at the time of the order.
