Pricing Policy
We do everything in our power to maintain the prices on this website. We reserve the right to change a price if one of our suppliers raises its prices by more than 10%. Please note that website prices take precedence over catalogue prices. In the event of a typographical error in the listed prices, we reserve the right to make the appropriate corrections. We will contact you before processing an order whose cost has changed.
Catalogue and website prices do not include shipping charges or taxes, which will be added separately to your invoice.

For hygiene reasons, dolls, plush toys, puppets, weighted products and robotic animals CANNOT BE RETURNED.
If, within 30 days, you are not completely satisfied with a product other than a made-to-order item, we will do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Damaged goods
Damaged goods
As soon as the merchandise leaves our warehouse in good condition with the carrier, we are no longer responsible for it. When you receive your order, it is very important to check the condition of the box and its contents if the box appears damaged. You may refuse delivery if the merchandise is in poor condition. If you accept the merchandise and it is not in perfect condition, ask the delivery person to note this in their system. If, when you open the box, the equipment is damaged, it is your responsibility to call us within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, the carrier may refuse to pay compensation. You then have up to 3 weeks to complete your claim. To limit inconvenience for you, we will handle the complaint with the carrier. In all cases, you must keep the delivery box for inspection.
