Super Quiz is a game of fun and laughter that can teach you a fact or two! Your residents will want to play every week! The goal of this game is to answer questions from 5 different categories: The World, Celebrities, Word Games, Trivia and Nature. The individual or team who gains the most points by answering correctly wins! Each category includes 100 different questions worth between 100 and 500 points. You can play a game with only 3 or 4 categories if time is a problem, or eliminate the 500-point questions if you think they are too challenging for your residents. This game can be adapted to all clienteles and can last from 30 minutes to more than an hour.

Super Quiz Mat

The mat is made of a sturdy 36” X 48” canevas board with clear plastic pouches to insert the score cards in and 3 grommets to hang it on the wall. The board can be rolled up for easy storage. Also included: 5 plastic coated category cards with Velcro and 25 coloured score cards to insert in the pouches. All you have to do now is get the Super Quiz Books #1 and 2 as well as the Alphabetic Quiz and your’re ready to play!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (TCS)

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products between CDS Boutique (hereinafter referred to as “we”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) for all purchases made on our website or by phone.

2. Products

All products available for sale on our site or through our ordering channels are carefully described. In the event that you find additional information necessary for making an informed decision, it is your responsibility to contact us to obtain the required clarifications before proceeding with your order.

3. Non-returnable products for hygiene or specific customization reasons

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Dolls
Plush toys
Puppets
Weighted products
Robotic animals
Electronic products
Bowling items
Custom-made items by Création CDS (such as directional boards, Anecdote game, etc.)
Unsealed and/or used products

4. Right of Withdrawal

If, within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied with a product (other than those mentioned in Article 3), you can contact us to discuss possible solutions.

5. Product Returns

To return a product, you must:

Contact our customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No return will be accepted without this number.
Carefully pack the product to avoid any damage.
Return the item at your expense, along with the invoice, the reason for the return, and the Return Authorization Number.

6. Return Fees

A 10% fee of the product value will be charged to cover the return handling costs.

7. Return Processing

Once we have received the returned products in perfect condition, we will issue a credit note or, if payment was made by credit card, we will proceed with a refund.

8. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions of Sale

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable terms will be those in effect at the time of the order.
