Our Tom Reborn doll is a doll that encourages empathy and communication. Indeed, his little smile and closed eyes evoke well-being and a sense of accomplishment in the resident who takes care of him. A person interacting with Tom naturally adopts a calm, caring and protective posture.

Reborn dolls have many beneficial effects on reminiscence, well-being and movement. Indeed, a resident caring for a doll awakens reflexes and habits inscribed in the procedural memory, and naturally knows how to take good care of it. Often, the senior is more relaxed and open to communication, making it easier to express needs or to receive certain health care services, for example. The resident who interacts with a Reborn doll will also be unconsciously working on maintaining certain motor functions. The simple act of rocking the baby, changing its clothes or cuddling it will effectively act on several components of cognitive-motor practice.

Puppets
Weighted products

Electronic products
Bowling items
Custom-made items by Création CDS (such as directional boards, Anecdote game, etc.)
Unsealed and/or used products

4. Right of Withdrawal

If, within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied with a product (other than those mentioned in Article 3), you can contact us to discuss possible solutions.

5. Product Returns

To return a product, you must:

Contact our customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No return will be accepted without this number.
Carefully pack the product to avoid any damage.
Return the item at your expense, along with the invoice, the reason for the return, and the Return Authorization Number.

6. Return Fees

A 10% fee of the product value will be charged to cover the return handling costs.

7. Return Processing

Once we have received the returned products in perfect condition, we will issue a credit note or, if payment was made by credit card, we will proceed with a refund.

8. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions of Sale
