Made of sturdy wood, this board features eight activities of daily living. Your seniors will find a chain latch, a key lock, a power outlet (without electricity), a faucet, and various types of locks.
In addition to promoting manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and hand-eye coordination, this board is designed to be non-patronizing. As a caregiver, your involvement will depend on the participant’s level of autonomy. You may need to demonstrate physically and guide movements to encourage interaction and occasionally remind procedures for turning, screwing, pulling, etc. It is important to keep your resident in a reassuring and failure-free environment.

In addition to being easily transportable thanks to its integrated handle, this varnished wood panel is designed to stand alone vertically on a table, thanks to a solid screw-in wooden foot. This provides stability during use. This device is suitable for various settings, such as care facilities or rehabilitation programs, to help individuals maintain or improve their daily skills and functional autonomy.

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products between CDS Boutique (hereinafter referred to as “we”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) for all purchases made on our website or by phone.

2. Products

All products available for sale on our site or through our ordering channels are carefully described. In the event that you find additional information necessary for making an informed decision, it is your responsibility to contact us to obtain the required clarifications before proceeding with your order.

3. Non-returnable products for hygiene or specific customization reasons

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Dolls
  • Plush toys
  • Puppets
  • Weighted products
  • Robotic animals
  • Electronic products
  • Bowling items
  • Custom-made items by Création CDS (such as directional boards, Anecdote game, etc.)
  • Unsealed and/or used products

4. Right of Withdrawal

If, within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied with a product (other than those mentioned in Article 3), you can contact us to discuss possible solutions.

5. Product Returns

To return a product, you must:

  • Contact our customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No return will be accepted without this number.
  • Carefully pack the product to avoid any damage.
  • Return the item at your expense, along with the invoice, the reason for the return, and the Return Authorization Number.

6. Return Fees

A 10% fee of the product value will be charged to cover the return handling costs.

7. Return Processing

Once we have received the returned products in perfect condition, we will issue a credit note or, if payment was made by credit card, we will proceed with a refund.

8. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions of Sale

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable terms will be those in effect at the time of the order.
