Instructions for use
To use inmuRELAX, simply touch the cushion to activate the music and vibrations. Once you stop touching it, the cushion will automatically enter standby mode to save battery. The vibrations respond to movement, encouraging residents to move while rewarding them with music and relaxing sensations. The cushion cover is easy to maintain; simply wash it to keep it hygienic. These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products between CDS Boutique (hereinafter referred to as “we”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) for all purchases made on our website or by phone.

3. Non-returnable products for hygiene or specific customization reasons

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Plush toys
Puppets
Weighted products
Robotic animals
Electronic products
Bowling items
Custom-made items by Création CDS (such as directional boards, Anecdote game, etc.)
Unsealed and/or used products

4. Right of Withdrawal

If, within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied with a product (other than those mentioned in Article 3), you can contact us to discuss possible solutions.

5. Product Returns

To return a product, you must:

Contact our customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No return will be accepted without this number.
Carefully pack the product to avoid any damage.
Return the item at your expense, along with the invoice, the reason for the return, and the Return Authorization Number.

6. Return Fees

A 10% fee of the product value will be charged to cover the return handling costs.

7. Return Processing

Once we have received the returned products in perfect condition, we will issue a credit note or, if payment was made by credit card, we will proceed with a refund.

8. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions of Sale
