Whether for better bacteria control or simply to enjoy the different textures offered by inmu covers, having a few extra covers is never a bad thing! The covers are universal: they fit all inmu models and are easy to remove, put back on and wash.

 

Hygiene cover
The hygiene cover is a wonderful addition when you buy an inmu. It’s quick and easy to disinfect, making it easier to share and protecting the inmu as much as possible. Please note that although the hygiene cover ONLY is water-repellent, inmu is not: you must always ensure that the cushion, with or without the hygiene cover, is kept away from sources of liquids. RELAX cover (blue, raspberry and sand)
The RELAX cover is appreciated for its soft texture, its rich and timeless colors, its large integrated pocket that lets you hold inmu without clutching it or simply feel the effect of a cuddle, and its curved embroidered line that, intuitively, offers children a path to follow with their fingers.

 

DANCE cover
The DANCE cover is sure to catch children’s eyes with its flamboyant colors! Its transverse orange fabric band makes it easy to hold when, as its name suggests, the child wants to move or DANCE!

 

JOY cover
The unique JOY cover perfectly reflects its name. All you have to do is look at its bright colors and you’ll experience a wave of well-being. With this cover, children can enjoy a highly textured side with embroidered lines of different sizes, compositions and undulations, and a side that’s half plush and half velvet. A complete tactile experience on the lines of discovery and comfort.

 

RHYTHM cover
The RHYTHM cover is loved for its contrasting textures and eye-catching color. As children run their hands over it, they can switch from the softness of the bright blue velvet to the character of the burgundy fabric.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (TCS)

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products between CDS Boutique (hereinafter referred to as “we”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) for all purchases made on our website or by phone.

2. Products

All products available for sale on our site or through our ordering channels are carefully described. In the event that you find additional information necessary for making an informed decision, it is your responsibility to contact us to obtain the required clarifications before proceeding with your order.

3. Non-returnable products for hygiene or specific customization reasons

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Dolls
  • Plush toys
  • Puppets
  • Weighted products
  • Robotic animals
  • Electronic products
  • Bowling items
  • Custom-made items by Création CDS (such as directional boards, Anecdote game, etc.)
  • Unsealed and/or used products

4. Right of Withdrawal

If, within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied with a product (other than those mentioned in Article 3), you can contact us to discuss possible solutions.

5. Product Returns

To return a product, you must:

  • Contact our customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No return will be accepted without this number.
  • Carefully pack the product to avoid any damage.
  • Return the item at your expense, along with the invoice, the reason for the return, and the Return Authorization Number.

6. Return Fees

A 10% fee of the product value will be charged to cover the return handling costs.

7. Return Processing

Once we have received the returned products in perfect condition, we will issue a credit note or, if payment was made by credit card, we will proceed with a refund.

8. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions of Sale

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable terms will be those in effect at the time of the order.
