For a no-fail experience that sharpens dexterity and hand-eye coordination, your less autonomous seniors can simply insert the fences into the slots on the tray and move the colourful gnomes wherever they please. On the other side, your autonomous residents can use strategy to challenge a playmate: the person who manages to place the most gnomes on the board – an action automatically attributed to the person who places the fourth fence around a garden – will be crowned the winner. This is a shared moment that encourages motor skills and logical decision-making, and stimulates observation of the whole situation. What’s more, if the challenge isn’t big enough for them, you’ll see in the instruction booklet provided that a variant of the “tic, tac, toe” game is possible!

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products between CDS Boutique (hereinafter referred to as “we”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) for all purchases made on our website or by phone.

All products available for sale on our site or through our ordering channels are carefully described. 3. Non-returnable products for hygiene or specific customization reasons

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Dolls
Plush toys
Puppets
Weighted products
Robotic animals
Electronic products
Bowling items
Custom-made items by Création CDS (such as directional boards, Anecdote game, etc.)
Unsealed and/or used products

4. Right of Withdrawal

If, within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied with a product (other than those mentioned in Article 3), you can contact us to discuss possible solutions.

5. Product Returns

To return a product, you must:

Contact our customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No return will be accepted without this number.
Carefully pack the product to avoid any damage.
Return the item at your expense, along with the invoice, the reason for the return, and the Return Authorization Number.

6. Return Fees

A 10% fee of the product value will be charged to cover the return handling costs.

7. Return Processing

Once we have received the returned products in perfect condition, we will issue a credit note or, if payment was made by credit card, we will proceed with a refund.

8. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions of Sale

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable terms will be those in effect at the time of the order.
