Plus, you can ask for the name of your establishment to be displayed (for an additional charge). This is a great way to brighten up your facility while helping your residents living with Alzheimer’s to find their way around the calendar daily!

Want to replace the seasonal images with a clock? No problem! Just use code 421H and mention it when you order!

Meticulously hand-assembled at CDS Boutique, these high-quality acrylic boards bring elegance to any space.

For orders of one board or less, select either the “Nimbus” or “Ocean” colors. For orders of more than 12 boards, the color options are unlimited.

Each board includes :

The seasons written on tabs
A photo for every 4 seasons
The year with separate numbers
Days written on tabs
Months written on tabs

Optional, with additional charges:

the establishment’s name written on vinyl
A 23 cm diameter clock that runs on AA batteries

Delivery : Delivery fee

Reality Orientation Boards, Grandfather Clocks, Activity Illustrations, Display Boards, Memory Cases, Adapted Signs and Visual Identification Pictograms are made to order. THESE PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Please note that certain products are excluded from this return policy, such as puppets, stuffed toys, dolls, clothing and companion pets, which cannot be accepted for health and hygiene reasons.

If, within 1 month, you are not completely satisfied with any other product than the ones made to order, we will do our best to make you happy with your purchase. If the products are sealed and have not been used, call our customer service department to get a Return Authorization Number. IMPORTANT: We will not accept any returned products without this number. You will need to wrap the products carefully and send them back to our warehouse at your expense accompanied by a copy of the invoice, the Return Authorization Number and the reason for returning the products. You must understand that there will be a 10% restocking charge for all returned goods unless they were damaged. After we receive the returned items in perfect condition, we will send you a credit or a refund if it was paid by credit card.
