The 30-minute program also includes “The Best of 50’s Rock ’n’ Roll” CD containing such favourites as Rock Around The Clock, Long Tall Sally, Great Balls of Fire and ten other hits of the decade. These classic tracks will provide an upbeat, joyfully nostalgic and fun backdrop for your chair fitness programs.

The author, Margot Glatt is a certified group fitness instructor-personal trainer and older adult fitness specialist. She also presents music based workshops designed specifically for fitness providers on how to prepare exercise programs to meet physical health needs incorporating music that resonates with older adult participants. This includes learning how to select and source music that will motivate participants and acquiring an understanding of phrasing and the importance of song structure in relation to creating successful choreography.

ABOUT MARGOT

In Margot’s more than 20 years of teaching fitness to participants of all ages and abilities, she has always offered a unique exercise experience. Working exclusively with the older adult population in recent years she founded Swingin’ Fitness, a dance inspired chair fitness program. Not only as an instructor but as percussionist and singer in the duo Fit as a Fiddle Canada, Margot truly understands the power of music and knows how to bring it to life with easy-to-follow choreography. She delights in choosing music that resonates with her fitness participants, making each and every class a joyful, memorable experience

Please note that certain products are excluded from this return policy, such as puppets, stuffed toys, dolls, clothing and companion pets, which cannot be accepted for health and hygiene reasons.

If, within 1 month, you are not completely satisfied with any other product than the ones made to order, we will do our best to make you happy with your purchase. If the products are sealed and have not been used, call our customer service department to get a Return Authorization Number. IMPORTANT: We will not accept any returned products without this number. You will need to wrap the products carefully and send them back to our warehouse at your expense accompanied by a copy of the invoice, the Return Authorization Number and the reason for returning the products. You must understand that there will be a 10% restocking charge for all returned goods unless they were damaged. After we receive the returned items in perfect condition, we will send you a credit or a refund if it was paid by credit card.
